Process control: Our solution was specifically developed to control bulk processes: reception, silo transfers, the interface with dryers, ventilation control and dispatches. All movements are recorded in our software history (alarms, allocated cells, operator actions.). Our automated system secures operator actions to avoid any mixing via article and cell management.
Flow management: Our solution, whether operating on a standalone basis or connected to our process control system, can optimise flow management to limit silo queues, automatically liaise between members and the COOP, avoid input errors and produce electronic slips (reception, dispatch, transfer, etc.). Members are informed of the quantities and quality of the harvest delivered in real time. The coop is aware of details for each site and the general situation for the harvest as a whole. This solution is easy to interface with any OTS ERP.
Thermometry: Our solution can be fully adapted to your needs, for either a new facility or to partial revamp your site. Our flexible architecture is ideal for independent silos (local facility) and for cooperatives (local facility with a central head office), providing real-time data.
