Production: Our highly flexible system can connect to the formulation unit in order to dose the ingredients of the finished product in a highly precise manner. We can manage substitutions and supplementations. We incorporate multi-dosing to reduce total dosing time. We can control crushing and granulation to optimise productivity and quality.
Incompatibility management: ALTESOFT can assist the operator with identifying mutual incompatible production runs. In this case, the operator can re-organise production in order to limit rinsing cycles
Dispatches: By interfacing our system with the ERP software, your loads (Bulk or in picking bag) can be prepared by importing rounds and a list of needs can be prepared for future loads. By connecting the system to the bagging machine, pallet loader and weighing equipment, we can guarantee stock traceability and monitoring.
